Business Websites:
The home site for Microsoft's MoneyCentral. Contains a wealth of information on publicly-traded companies, such as stock price charts, company histories, financial statement data, recent developments, etc.
Yahoo!'s site on stocks and investing. Has much of the same information as MoneyCentral, with slightly better summaries of industry and competitive data. Yahoo also contains historical stock prices of firms listed on stock exchanges, with the ability to download these into EXCEL spreadsheets.
Reuters' site, containing much of the information above. It has better coverage of international firms and more detailed financial statement data.
One of the few really good sites with bond and bond market information. Contains bond prices and yields for both government and corporate bonds, as well as bond ratings for corporate bonds. Has a search feature which allows you to generate lists of bonds meeting specific criteria.

Home site of the Congressional Budget Office. Has data and background information on government spending, deficit information, and fiscal policy.
2. FEDSTATS
Statistics on the economy and government, with links to more than 100 agencies providing data. Ten years of historical data is provided for most statistics.
3. Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis
Time series economic data on 20,225+ economic statistics compiled by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
